I think commYOUnity means that with and within every individual ‘You” we have the power and opportunity to work together and make an impact as individuals and a united group.I think the core concept is important because to me it means binding talented, special, etc. individuals alike to make a positive entity through being united. I think it applies to a high school setting because a high school is like its own community of students and teachers. In a work environment as an individual I have the opportunity to work and unite with others different and alike. I feel like one of the ways to promote a positive community is through communication and networking/ reaching out. I believe to be the biggest influence/promoter is a good attitude and a good mentality.
