Throughout the school year what I hope to gain from iQuest are the skills and knowledge that I can use to my advantage for my work future. I hope to learn skills that will help me be ready to fit in and assimilate into a workplace. What I think will be the most difficult part of my internship is learning and discovering how I am able to contribute/ fit into the work space. In the next coming months the skills that will be essential to me are adaptability, timeliness, as well as initiative. These will be the most effective skills that I will use and further develop. To be successful in my internship the most important thing will always be taking the initiative. The steps I will take in order to be successful in my internship will be trying my best, working effectively and efficiently, as well as being timely.
